Nous revenons vers vous car depuis quelques jours, des paiements nous parviennent sans la moindre communication. Cela nous prend du temps pour retrouver les informations en fonction des années précédentes et parfois… Nous ne trouvons aucune correspondance.
Dorénavant, nous vous demandons, si vous avez omis de mentionner le nom de votre équipe dans la communication du versement, d’envoyer un mail avec vos informations à l’adresse mail suivante : info@24hpuzzle.be
Si nous ne recevons pas de mail de votre part dans les 7 jours, nous vous rembourserons la totalité des frais d’inscription.
Dès lors, si vous souhaitez avoir une chance d’être tiré au sort (hormis les 60 premières équipes qui participent directement), il faudra effectuer un nouveau versement avec votre nom d’équipe en communication.
Pour rappel, pour faire partie du tirage au sort afin de savoir si vous participerez à l’événement, vous devez compléter le formulaire d’inscription (https://24hpuzzle.be/?page_id=1607) ET payer votre inscription en mentionnant le nom de votre équipe.

Thank you very much for your enthusiasm for the event on October 30th!
We are coming back to you because for the last few days, payments have been coming in without any communication. It takes us some time to find the information according to the previous years and sometimes… we don’t find any correspondence.
From now on, we ask you, if you have omitted to mention the name of your team in the communication of the payment, to send an email with your information to the following email address: info@24hpuzzle.be
If we do not receive an email from you within 7 days, we will refund the entire registration fee.
From then on, if you want to have a chance to be drawn (except for the first 60 teams that participate directly), you will have to make a new payment with your team name in communication.
As a reminder, to be part of the draw to know if you will participate in the event, you must complete the registration form (https://24hpuzzle.be/?page_id=1607) AND pay your registration by mentioning your team name.
